问一下LMU的Zu的问题

LZ收到学院的邮件说被录取,
the students’ selection committee reviewed your application at its meeting on July  18th, 2012. I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the Master studies in Physics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.

This admission letter to the Master study courses in Physics is valid only in conjunction with the original admission letter in German and with your certificates and transcripts confirming the successful completion of your Bachelor in Physics.

当时申请的时候问了一下就发了email把扫描的申请文件发了过去,现在要我拿email中的文件的原件去换领Zu的原件...但是无奈人不在德国...于是是不是拿到外办的Zu就可以去签证了,到德国再换学院的Zu然后才能注册,为什么LMU的申请要弄的这么复杂...而且也不知道外办那边的Zu啥时候发...

LZ准备下周问一下学院里,看看能不能我寄过去材料然后让他们把Zu寄给我,拿一个文件是一个文件呀...
