在达姆网站上看到这个消息：Tuition Fees: The Programme has no tuition fees, but students must pay a contribution fee of 236,70 Euro per semester to the university.
贰万叁仟陆佰柒！！每学期？有木有

这个是注册费，每个学校每个学生都要收的，没得免。人家说了没学费了。这钱用来交给食堂宿舍学生会等等管理机构，有些还包括公交卡，每个学期都要交。

At this fee is included the cost of the semesterticket of ca. 190 Euro. (check the exact amount at the AAA website). This fee allows for lower prices in the university restaurant and includes a free regional ticket for public transportation during the semester.

用法习惯不一样吧。
但问题是这句话是用英语表述的，谁知道是哪种用法。容易引起混淆呀
