请教：CV用附件上传吗？

同志们，帮帮忙啊！前几天我按照传统模式和老师套磁了，然后没有搭理我。今天上网站上去才发现要求联系DEAN的时候需要CV和motivation。具体内容如下：
If you are a scientist or student interested in a visiting status or preparing a Ph.D. or Master Thesis at the Institute, please send your request directly to the director of the institute.
Please be aware that a sincere application must include details about your person and your scientific background (detailed CV). Furthermore, you should explain why you are interested in working with us.

Please note that incomplete or superficial requests will not be dealt with.
拜托大家支个招，这样的情况我应该将CV以附件上传还是直接写到邮件中？
大家能不能帮我出个主意吧！急急急！！！

啊？邮寄过去？他上面有说让电邮联系的，我没有粘全。。。Sined，我是应该将CV弄成附件过去还是写在信里？？？

如果你真心喜欢，就邮过去
我觉得你可以大致在你信里写一下你是谁，你想干什么，为什么会对他们有兴趣，你很想参加他们的研究所这样的。邮件正文别太短，至少有点内容。
CV什么的统统另附吧，这又不是找工作
