问猫哥，急急急，办什么签证

猫哥，你好。我想请问你一个问题。我是九月份去德国读博。我拿到了德国波茨坦大学的奖学金资助，老板答应先给我资助半年，从2011.9.15-2012.3.15，然后再帮我申请其他奖学金。我这种情况办签证是办留学签证，还是访问学者签证啊。
We invite you to perform research in the field of biosensors using nanostructured material in our laboratories at the University Potsdam, Institute of Biochemistry and Biology in Potsdam-Golm, Germany for six month between September 15, 2011 and March 15 2012
We will support your visit with 1200 Euro/ month, which will help you to cover the expenses for the research stay. You may register as PhD-student in Potsdam.
Please arrange also a health insurance for yourself before coming to Germany.

再请问一下，关于学位证毕业证的公证，一定要去公证处公证么，中英文还是中德文公证，学校出示的中英文证明可不可以。

你要做公证的话，当然只能在公证处，要做就做德文的
你是德国资助的学者签证，在审核部直接递交即可，学历文件只需要提供复印件2份，德文翻译2份
