申请时还没拿到毕业证学位证，怎么办？

先问学校吧~有些学校不允许补交的，材料不全就直接拒了。。。我也是在等毕业证，很无奈地决定先申请BA，到时候可以转MA，不过不知道别的专业行不行。。。

Uni-ASSIST上这段话：
School and university leaving certificates
Please send us all documents attesting to the qualifications entered on your application form. For you to gain eligibility to study bachelor programs in Germany, you usually need a secondary school leaving certificate, and in accordance with your country of origin you will also need a certificate proving that you have passed the university entrance examination relevant to you. You may also need documentation confirming your years of study. Please go to our Certificate Database (currently for seventeen countries) or to find out which certificates enable foreign student applicants to study in Germany. For admission to master programs you usually need a bachelor degree certificate in addition to a transcript of records for all study years. Some universities also accept at the time of application a preliminary certificate.
这段话关于学位证用的是usually这个词啊

我现在也焦急中……我申请的卡塞尔，学校说可以6学期申请，毕业证补交，可是现在UA不给转交，硬要我给毕业证才肯转给学校……不知所措啊
