猫哥，若干问题求助（急）

呵呵，久闻猫哥大名，今儿也来向你求助啦。呵呵，我问题有点多哈，请猫哥解答哈~
一、我APS时是6学期的，是不是签证之前必须重审8个学期的，并加上毕业证和学位证？（我6月就毕业。）那岂不是来不及？
二、学校发ZU大概多久我们可以收到？挺说有2个月才收到的？不会真要这么久吧？？？
三、我能不能先在中行换成欧元存在账户里，然后再汇到德意志账户？论坛里有同学说要收差价2000多？那是什么情况？不会就是我这样的吧？这么避免呢？

1，签证不要求APS是8学期的，但是有些大学有要求的，建议文件齐全的话，参加补审
2，有的快有的慢，不一定，看邮政的效率
3，可以，还钱一定要换现汇，不能换现钞。区别在于，现汇是用来汇款的，现钞要转成现汇才能汇款，钞转汇手续费3%

不过还有些疑问。签证时递交的语言证明，如雅思证明提供复印件还是必须要公证件？
签证时递交的资料必须全部是德文的是吧？我学英语授课的，签证动机信也必须写成德语的？
