关于TUM申请的问题

申请TUM的时候需要提供
*Your overall rank in class in your final year (if you already have
received your Bachelor degree) or current semester
If your university is unable to state your rank,
you have to add a confirmation from your university that your rank
cannot be disclosed.
学校不给排名又不给证明怎么办啊

那不应该，是不是没找对单位？教务处？院里？都不给开？连个不给开的证明都不给开？那这学校挺狠的。
