请问上海签证查询的邮箱

如题，我十二月十九号上海递签的，到现在还没有任何消息，请问我要查询我的签证情况该发到哪个邮箱？官网的邮箱是自动回复的。

主页的邮箱我两个小时前刚问过，不是自动回复呀。

不然你试试这个（其实还是主页的邮箱啦）：visa-information@shan.auswaertiges-amt.de
