私立的语言学校+大学联络信的签证，银行开户所需的通知书可以用语言学校的录取通知或者邀请函么？？
另外象这种签证拒签率高不高啊？象我已经毕业工作4年了

第一封是我自己介绍情况，学校回复的公共信息
然后我又给学校写了封邮件内容如下
I have studied Germany in China about 500 hours and I understand that my proficiency in Germany cannot reach your requirment.Can I apply for this programme and will you send conditional offer ? I will study Germany in other Language School in German firstly.
学校回复：
Dear Mr. Song,

Many thanks for your interest in our Master programm "Electrical Engineering and Information Technology". Please send us your application form together with the APS certificate, Bachelor Degree with transcripts and school leaving certificate to the below mentioned addresse. So we can check in advance, whether you can get an admission with the condition that you pass the DSH-2 or TestDaF on level 4,4,4,4 before taking up your studies.
我用这两封作为我的大学联络信可以不？？
另外我看你的贴说的语言班要跟大学衔接，我自己有500个学时的证明（之后自己在家又学了半年），打算报个半年的语言班，刚好9月参加考试10月开学我自己觉得比较衔接，但是500学时的证明报半年会不会签证出问题呢？
