是这样的，我在2007年的时候申请过德国的一些学校，那个马普兰跟Saarbruecken.什么关系我不清楚，反正就发了封信，把我的材料个人简历什么的以E-mail的形式发过去了，奇怪的是今天他们学校就是那个马普兰学校的一个老师发过信来说我被录取了，还给我715欧的奖学金，这叫什么事啊，有经验的人帮我看看这是要骗钱呢，还是骗色啊，还是掉馅饼了啊，信是这样的
we are happy to be able to tell you that you have been accepted to the IMPRS-CS for the Master's program in the coming summer semester 2009, starting in April.
You will be granted a fellowship of around 715 euros per month (plus an additional allowance for your spouse and/or children, if you bring them).
We will assist you in finding accomodation and all other administrative matters. Your travel costs to Saarbruecken will be covered by us; please keep your original tickets for this purpose. We will also send you an official invitation letter.
Please let us know whether you accept the offer and when you will arrive in Saarbruecken.
