【求助】填申请表时碰到几个不确定的地方

1.School education
length of schooling
Primary/Elementary school to the
end of your schooling
这里是填从小学到高中？不把大学算上？

2.School leaving certificate  Original name。 这里是指高中毕业证书吗？Name要填啥？
Studienkolleg
（prepareatory/foundation course） 这个是什么？我似乎没有参加过这样的课程，可以把这里空着不填，还是要写明没有？


3.Higher education, further education and training, practical training, vocational training in and outside Germany.

这里该填大学名称吧 ？
但是他这里有写个details of the study subject, which examinations did you take?这里应该怎么填呢？

第六部分
1.Have you ever learnt German?
我只有在学校的二外学过，但是没有证明，我是就填我没学过呢，还是去学校开个证明？ 但是我也不知道我是个啥水平呀...我又没考过什么？
