【求助】关于在读证明！

今天打电话问院里，说在读证明要自己写，然后再拿到院里盖章，我看到APS网站上说要由教务处/档案室/学籍管理办公室等校级部门盖章，是什么意思啊？难道这几个部门都要盖章还是挑一个就可以了？

如果证明上有院里和教务处的盖章应该可以吧？

还有如果那位高人有在读证明的模版的话可不可以麻烦发给我啊？邮箱 herbst1017@163.com
