看来信：Enclosed please find your working contract. Please print it out twice, sign both copies and return them to me for countersignature. Please send them per Express Mail.

For your better understanding I also enclosed a translation of your contract into English but please be aware that only the German version will be legally binding.


Also please print out and sign the attached German versions of "Datenschutz Verpflichtungserklaerung/Declaration of Personal Commitment to the Confidential Treatment and Protection of IUB Data" and the Annex concerning "Arbeitssichereit/Occupational Safety" and return one copy to me together with your contract.
