I have received your e-mail including your c.v. From these information I learnt
that you have expertise in environmental impact assessment and waste
management. Although the main focus of our research is dealing with soil
ecotoxicology and soil remediation I have also started to do some research in
the the field waste management. One of my PhDstudents is working on a waste
management concept for the Siberian region Yugra. I think that in your PHD
thesis you should focus on waste problems in China or Liaoning Province. If you
would like to do this you should apply for a stipend from the German Academic
Exchange Service (DAAD). One of my colleagues told me that this organisation
will fund student and PhD-students exchange between Germany and China.
Moreover, I would be advantageous for you if you will learn German. Most of the
literature on waste handling and management in Germany is written in German. So
it will be essential for you to learn our language in order to be able to read
reports etc.



现在今年的奖学金已经过了.不知道该怎么开口让教授帮忙!另外我的英语没有参加托福考试!申请DAAD可能性大吗?
