If you want to take bachelor, then here is the best choice. If master it depends which field you interested. Water resource and sollid waste have very good professor here. Soil contaimination and restoration also very good. other field just so- so.
among 500 international courses offered in the whole Germany, here is top ten according to Germany Central goverment evaluation. in All environmental related international courses, here is NO. one.
Included environmental courses taught in German, here is top four( According to UNESCO evaluation)
The Faculty director is former Germany Chancellor's grandson. His family still have strong affection to Germany, so invite many well qualified lecturer.

本来我就对COTTBUS，网上得介绍很感兴趣，可是大家都说东德不好，尤其对Cottbus，都说很乱啊:confused: :confused:

They are lieing, in Cottbus in last four years only two attacks. All is to African and east european, never have Chinese been attacked.
Actually, here not more dangerous than western part. In Stuttgart have the same frequency of this kind of attacks as I know. One of my friend has come up once in Stuttgart Hbh.
If you ask the people how they know Cottbus is terrible, they must said their friends' friends' friends heard something. You should know how easy to creat a rumor among Chinese.
The life here is very comfortable, if you don't want to get big money. you cannot find full-time job in vacation, but if you take the international course ERM, it's very easy to find a job in university. I got two when I'm there, and the money you got is enough for your life there also can have some spare money for travel.
But if you study in the course taught in German then you cannot find it's easy to work in university.
My suggestion is If you want to study international course about environment BSc. then Cottbus worth your consideration,.

我正是想去ERM读国际课程的Master，之前，我看到网上的介绍，Cottbus就很吸引我，可是征求大家意见的时候，每个人都说那里怎么怎么不好，搞得我心慌慌……

现在终于听到有一个真正在那边的人讲话了，真的很高兴。谢谢。
我看到排名，Cottbus都排很前面的。

If you want to take master here. I think you should many aspect . here only have course-based master. So if you want to have some research experience you have to find a job in your interested field. Although this international course, it is in Germany . you'd better to learn some German beforehand, or you cannot read scientific magzine published in Germany. you know German is the second largest sentific language, especiall in Environmenta field. Germany is best in this field. In environmental related industry have 1.2mln German employee. As I said before here is best in wastewater and solid waste, but ERM not a engineering course. It's combined engineering and management together, so if you only take courses not work for a professor then you can not get what you want. environmental engineering only offered in German. if you want to work for a professor, then computer skill is very important.
I'm not in Germany moment and when you are here next year, I shall have graduated already.

if as you stated, you are a girl, then you'd better not to work in vacation. In Cottbus the money you get from your work in lab is enough for your living. If a boy, then you decide. work in vacation also can be an important experiences for boy.

我在柏林工大学环保,刚刚开始,所以也说不清楚,不过可以给你介绍一下我们的课程结构.基础阶段的课程有,数理化(内容跟国内一样,很枯燥乏味.)生态学,土壤学,卫生与环境微生物学,能量脉冲材料传输,)德语简称EIS),还有水处理,垃圾,噪声,大气的导论, 环境法,宏观,微观环境经济学.当然还有计算机,不过这边要学,UNIX,JAVA.
专业阶段,要从水,大气,垃圾,土壤,噪声里选一个加深方向,两个主方向,其他的方向也得修够一定学分,还有些必修课和选修课,环境分析,还有环境项目的设计.另外,基础与专业阶段给有三个月的实习.最后是毕业论文和答辩.
其实认掉一些课,也不是很好,因为很多专业词汇后续阶段还是要用的.没学过的话,会有困难.
我现在知道就这些,目前和今后,德语都是最大的障碍.

？？？？不是吧，我从大三开始就开始一下午一下午的做实验了……

berlin那些课程，好像关于生物方面的比较少接触，还有宏观经济学……

终于通过了审核，拿到了halle的Zu,Umwelttechnik,12月30号递交的签证，一切好象顺利了，忽然自己却迷茫了起来，来这里找大伙聊聊。
现在中国学环境的人真的很多，咱们这里就有近百个同事，不知道以后会是伙伴或是竞争对手，也许几年后一起竞标的时候，说起都是ABCDV的，还能会心的笑笑。
环保的产业，毫无疑问的是政府性的行为，不知道在文件的背后，真正想搞环保的有多少。学习起来，其实都是水，气，固废，噪声，今后的发展，太大的因素取决于机遇。
我是96界的，前几天有2次同学聚会，一次是高中，大家专业不同，不过都比环保热，同学里买了车的有5、6个了，其他的也基本都是小资，聚会都选在CBD大酒店，我吃蹭没出钱。大学的环保同仁聚会就惨点，依旧路边摊，混的最好的，开了单位的金杯接大家吃饭。咱们的锦绣前程在哪里？哪里？
有时候真的害怕，学到一头白发了，却发现，中国环保事业依然迟迟没有起步，环保单位依然少的可怜，政府机关事业单位更是人满为患，想干别的吧，却发现自己只会水处理...
