可能他不知道对中国的学生还有这样一说吧。其实对其他国家的都没有这样的规定的！

我昨天又问了他一次，他回答如下，我觉得这个意味着不用审核，对吗
we are asking for "certified copies" of your degree certificates, not
just photocopies.  I do not know which institution in China usually
certifies degree certificates.  Most degree certificates I have seen
carried a seal from the University.  This would be fine for us.
