一． 国际结算 Internationaler Rechungsverkehr/International Settlement
This course is about international discharging, methods and forms of payment in international trade. Forms are as following. Then the basic requirements of documents. The most important and practical knowledge is Letter Of Credit. It also describes the things that we should be careful in actual trading.
国际间债权与债务的清偿形式与方法。
1. 票据：汇票Bill of Exchange/Exchange/Draft，本票 Promissory Note，支票Cheque
2. 汇付：电汇Telegraphic Transfer T/T，信汇Mail Transfer M/T
3. 托收Collection《Uniform Rules for Collection URC522》The bank deals with the financial documents or commercial documents according to the notification received.
4. 信用证《Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits UCP500》The D C or L/C is an undertaking issued by a bank for the account of the buyer (the applicant) or for its own account, to pay the beneficiary the value of the draft and/or documents provided that the terms and conditions of the DC are complied with.

International finance is a kind of worldwide economic activity. It deals mainly with the turnover and circulation of international monetary capital, studies pattern, the channel and the mode. This course covers: international payments, foreign exchange & foreign exchange transaction, the determination & adjustment of foreign exchange rate, foreign exchange control, international reserves, international financial markets, international capital movement, international banking & management, international monetary system, international mechanism and China’s foreign financial practice, etc.

三． 国际贸易实务 Tätigkeiten für internationalen Handel/Actual Operation for International Trade
This course is about the knowledge of actual operation in international trade. This is one of the most important and useful course I studied in University, especially the Trade Terms, Shipment and Payment. It’s the basic knowledge for a trader. Main contents are as following:
1. Trade Terms. Describe the risks, charges and the responsibilities that the business parties should take.
A. FOB Free On Board (…named port of shipment) Stowed（理仓费在内），Liner Terms（班轮条件）Trimmed（平仓费在内）；CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight (…named port of destination)；CFR Cost and Fright (…named port of destination)

This course studies the general rule of money, credit and the bank activities, the general forms, principle, operation procedure of modern financial economy movement. Main contents are as following:

五． 财政学 Finanzwissenschaft / Cameralistics or Finance
财政学可以理解为政府理财学。它所揭示的领域主要是宏观经济或者说是政府社会经济行为，它以财政分配和财政分配关系的规律性为研究对象，以求正确处理以为国家为主体的国家、集体和个人之间的分配关系。
Finance can be regarded as governmental chrematistics. It researches the actions of macro-economy or governmental economy, financial distribution. Its aim is to arrange the distributions relationships between country, organizations and citizens in right ways. Its contents can be divided into 5 parts: Basic theories, financial income, financial expenditure, management of finance, finance and macro adjustment and control.
1. The substance of Finance: Government takes part in the distributions of social goods and value.\ directly.
2. Financial income: tax, profits of government capitals, profits of debt and others.

This course analyses the environments, characteristic of kinds of markets, then tells how to choose a target market based on the market researches and subdivision. Describes the general policies according to products orientation, brands, distribution channels, price factors and communications.
七． 国际贸易 Internationaler Handel/International Trade
International trade is basic course of my major.
A. Theories how international trade came into being. International work division, comparative costs, key factors of recourses
B. Policies, measurements and organizations: free trade, trade protection, tariff and non-tariff wall, encouraging exporting Trading Treaties
C. General status of international trade nowadays
D. World trade organizations such as WTO, GATT. Relationships between advanced countries and developing countries.
八．中国对外贸易概论 Einführung in chnesischen Außenhandel/Generality of China Foreign Trade
This course discusses the necessity that China should develop foreign trade: International Labor Division, international comparable value. A closed development is not suitable for China! It describes the status of China foreign trade such as products construction, target countries or areas, then based on above theories, it points out our trading strategy. Furthermore, it describes using foreign capital such as importing foreign investment, advanced techniques.
九．跨国公司经营 Wirtschaftsführung der internationalen Konzerne/Prosecution of MNC
Under the status of globality economy and international labor division is being enlarged, MNC are becoming one of the most important roles with their huge capital, effective production, advanced technique, modern managements and global marketing strategy. This course states the advanced managements of MNC that should be Chinese enterprises’ reference, such as products strategy, detailed market analysis, inner trading and cost transferring, and native characteristics. China should absorb the essence of MNC, such as advanced technique, make the full use of comparative low cost of other countries, human resources and inner enterprises literature, then speed up to found our own MNC.
十．外贸谈判 Außenhandelsverhandlung/Negotiation in international trade
It contains the basic business etiquette, skill, special points while negotiating with customs from different cultures.
十一．世界经济地理 Wirtschaftsgeographie der Welt/World Economic Geography
Population distribution, natural resources distribution status, agriculture and industry geography, transportation center or important cities to every area, and the economy situation changing.
十二．世界政治与经济 Wirtschaft und Politik der Welt/World Economy and Politics
1. The evolvement of world economy situation: From the end of World War 2 to the end of 1960’s, U.S.A→hegemony of the world; From the beginning of 1970’s, cooperation and business between socialistic countries and capitalistic countries came into being and S.R. became the one of the most advanced countries; From the middle of 1970’s, Japan, West Europe and U.S.A. became the three economy centers. Big change when time came to 1990’s: S.R. lost their economy status and disorganized; Conflict among western advanced countries and between advanced countries and developing countries pricked up; Economy of east Asia became powerful more and more. The characteristics of modern economy: World economy globalized + Territorial economy collectivize + Knowledge economy. Main problem of world economy development: Increasing unbalance development of world economy + unstable international financial market + unoptimistic continuable development of economy (destroy the nature balance, etc.)
2. The evolvement of world politics situation: increasing multipolar situation of politics, decreasing politic depution, development of economy has became the most important target that all the countries are after. International organizations become powerful more and more.
3. The situation in world of China and Chinese strategy. Independence, peace and development. Five principles: Respecting each other’s dominion + No invading each other + No intervening each other’s interior + Equally mutual benefit + Peaceful coexistence.
十三．国际商法 Internationales Handelsgesetz/International Business Law
This course details the laws and criterions of international business. It is to analyze and solve the disputation. Its main contents are Contract Law, International Trade Law, Agent Law, Law of Bill, Exclusive Law, Law of Trademark, Liability Law of Commodity, etc. And Law of International Arbitration.
Key Words: Disobey the contract. Personal experience: Exclusive Law and International Trade Law.
十四．经济法 Wirtschaftrecht/Law of Economy
Chinese Law of Economy contains two main contents: 1. Law that creates an environment that competition can be held fairly; 2. Laws for National Macro adjustment and control and management of economy. Details are as following:
A. Law for entities of market: Enterprises Law + Corporation Law + Bankruptcy Law
B. Principles for market behaviors: Contract Law + Guarantee Law + Law of Industrial Property Right + Competition Law + Law of Products Law + Rights and Interests of Consumers
C. Macro adjustment and control: Management of National Assets + Fiscal and Tax + Finance

十五．法学概论 Einfürung in Jura/ Conspectus of Law
A course about the theories of laws. It can be divided into two parts: Basic theory of law and every branch of the law (domestic and international). Key points: Constitution, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Economy Law, Marriage Law, etc.
十六．政治经济学 Polikönomie/ Plutonomy
According to Marxism, it details the essence, contradiction and developing trend of capitalism.
Labor creates value. Capital and surplus value. Accumulating process of capital. National Monopolistic capitalism.
十七．形式逻辑 Formelle Logik/Formal Logic
This course researches the logic forms and the basic rules of thinking, and the ordinary methods that people perceive the facts. Its aim is to train our thinking ability, develop our intelligence, strengthen our logic demonstrating ability, heighten the sensibility and definition.
十八．管理心理学 Verwaltungspsychologie/ Psychology of Administering
It describes: 1. Individual psychology. The characteristics of it and the administering, opinion of worthiness, motivation and inspiriting. 2. Psychology of group.
十九．物流环保 Physische Distribution und Umweltschutz/ Environmentalism in Logistic
For government: 1. Control the origin in logistics that cause the pollution. 2. Restrict the quantity of transportation. 3. Control the flux of transportation.
For enterprises: Such as “Green Transportation”, Recycling packing material, Effective dispatching, etc.
二十．马克思主义哲学 Marxistische Philosophie/Marxist Philosophy
Dialectic materialism and Historical materialism. It ended the ascendancy of matalism.
二十一．运筹学 Operational Research
As a practical science, OP intends to solve the actual problems with existing science knowledge and mathematic methods, and provide quantitative gist for the decision of the best solution. Processes: Finding the problems→Collecting the data→Founding a mathematic model→Resolution→Testing the Resolution→Actualizing.
二十二．会计学 Buchhaltung/Accouting
Basic theories: Basic definitions: Processing the economy data into accounting information, then figuring out the financial status and business results and making it useful for future decision. Dealing objects: Enterprises’ production and business.
