在我看来在就读博的问题这里没有人能回答清楚。23楼的回答是相对清楚的，但拜托给出具体的网址或Beispiel，好让我们这些小虾米能有所参考。还有我觉得大家现在讨论想学什么专业都没用，我们连一个具体的申博的步骤都没有，学什么都不可能。

唉。。。真是围城啊。每个人都想过来，大家都不知道这里是什么情况。悲。。。。

我都想回去了，德国读博你们以为个个都有奖学金拿啊。真是的，如果你不是很突出的话，还是老老实实自费都博吧。

而且德国的官方语言是德语，要想发展机会更大的话，德语是要学的。而且现在中国人很多，大家都是英语都博，申请的人多了，机会就少了。教授和老板对你也就无所谓了，如果你没有一点成绩的话，多你一个不多，少你一个不少。祝大家好运了。

德语肯定要学，学好再去，否则会很辛苦，机会也很小，先学好德语，再联系导师，联系导师是最难的，我这段时间已经不联系了，太了累了过一段时间再说，反正才研一，学好专业再说吧！就是自费也可以试试，打打工，自己的生活没有问题，就是太累了，不过应该锻炼一下了！以后慢慢努力让导师给机会吧让他给我发钱，如果你有了能力，他会需要你的。我觉得。Ich will Deutschland gehen !

读博期间你是没有时间打工的，而且即便有时间也很难赚到足够生活的钱。
千万别指望过来后再让老板给钱
这个一定要来之前谈好
现在这边经济不景气
我们旁边的实验室今年裁了好几个人
你表现再好也可能拿不到钱的

In Dept computer pool and no way to write in chinese. By a half position, you have 1000 Euro per month around (may 200 difference, at most). Usually, after half a year or one year, according to you acadamic performance or research contibution, it extends to 3/4 position worthing 1500 around. Of'coz, if you excell in your work, you are guaranteed by a full position with the money of 2000 around or more. At this moment of Germany, this is a scare situation. However, it is not impossible, in the circle of my sight, there are two chinesis having full position. They are well paid. By the way, the money I mention is net value.

So far, I know a lot of Ph.D student (I am going to be soon) all supported by school or professors. But I agree if you are not guaranteed the money, do not come.

读博大都是半个位置，拿一个位置的极少，通常拿一个位置的都有带课的任务，需要会德语的。

I guess it does not depends on the major, becauase one makes chemistry, the other (female) makes mathematics. And I am sure they know nothing about German before they came to Germany but they are good at English and excel in their research. Now they could deal with daily life in German. I also deliver a message about the International Ph.D Program(course taught in English and dissertation written in English). I do not mean master level. There are a lot of such programs lasting 3 three years. Actually, they are copies of Amenrican type. Usually, they are mainly supported by DFG (german research foundation) or Sonderforschung. This kind of program 100% gives you financial helps. The money varies from 1129 to 1456 Euros per month and tax free. Unfortunately, DAAD only includes a few of them. For example, I apply for economics and finance. I selectively searched for International Ph.D programs (I mean good universities and good ranking in Euro) and finally I got 10 around programs. I admitted, it was quite time-and-engergy consuming.

其实人家说的没错，如果水平不是很突出的话，的确是Admission容易，拿奖很难。

你认为拿奖容易，但从你举的2个例子看，他们都是理科生。如果你去了解一下就知道，理科生拿奖的机会比其他专业不知道大多少。特别是化学，生物和数学类。

而且申请的事情本来就不好说，或许你的朋友有过人之处或机遇比较好。

不多说了，到底难不难你自己试一下不就知道了。不要听说几个例子就妄下结论。
