关于康斯坦茨大学经济学国际课程申请材料中的推荐信

想问下有小伙伴申请康斯坦茨的经济学国际课程master吗？里面是这样要求推荐信的：Two letters of recommendation by university lecturers at your institution. The letters have to be sent by the referees as pdf via email. If the letter is in another language, an officially certified translation into English or German must also be provided. Letters must be on the letter-headed paper of the referees and include their signatures.
这个意思是说要求老师来亲自给学校发邮件吗？是不是太麻烦老师了啊，因为推荐信的事情已经找了很多老师了，感觉有点方。。。想知道小伙伴们都是怎么做的呀~~~~~
