今年去德国读博，3周前大使馆给电话说埃尔朗根外事局要求补录取材料，然后和老板说了要录取通知，然后老板给了一个学院出的录取材料。昨天大使馆又给邮件说外事局要求zu。现在卡在这里不知道怎么办。。。。

However, the aliens authority in Germany still requires the official acceptance document (“Zulassungsbescheid”) which has to be issued by a special department at the university, the “Zulassungsstelle”. Only then does the aliens authority approve of the application.
