杜伊斯堡--催签--他们说标题长一点会被注意~~~ 大神救命!!!

背景：去杜伊斯堡读博，拿的stipend，七月十七号于成都大使馆递签。
从这周开始催签，催到今天大使馆终于鸟我了
回复如下：Dear Ms. XX,
      the Aliens Office in Duisburg has confirmed to us that the Consulate General needs to wait for formal authorization by the Aliens Office before we can issue the visa to you. We have unfortunately no way of predicting when the authorization from Duisburg will arrive.
At this time there is unfortunately nothing more I can do for you.

我该怎么办额？杜伊斯堡外管局我也发邮件催了三四次，完全不鸟我。  还是等到九月初让学校出面催一下，看到abcdv上面说，自己催签会适得其反，好焦虑好焦虑。这周过了都七周了~！！

求各位大神指条明路啊~~~~~~
