关于KIT申请材料问题

本人现在正在申请2014/15WS KIT的本科。最后填完表以后的材料清单上有些问题：
1.Overview of subjects and grades of secondary school education (Transcript of Records)。这个是什么东东？高中会考成绩吗？还是可以用高考成绩代替？
2.Statement of your final grade
In case that your secondary school leaving certificate contains no information about the cumulative grade you received a statement of your secondary school about the cumulative grade is required by indicating also the maximum attainable grade and the minimum passing grade.
这个又是什么，完全没概念啊……是自己写吗？还是哪里开？
