We are pleased that you are interested in studying at our university.
The Diploma-program in Mechanical Engineering is taught in German. Thus, the applicants should demonstrate excellent knowledge of German on the C1 level. Therefore, TestDaf with at least 4/4/4/4 or DSH-2 is obligatory. Reaching C1 from A1 may take some time, but it really depends on your language skill.
The APS is not obligatory for applying at TU Dresden, but it is good that you have it, so please also attach it.
You can apply for higher semester in Mechanical Engineering via www.uni-assist.de, but the faculty will decide on this matter.
