Application Deadlines for International StudentsMost of our study courses start each year in October. The application deadlines for the winter semester are:
15 April, if you come from a country for which visa regulations apply,
15 July, if you come from a country exempt from visa regulations or if you already hold a valid visa for Germany. 这是什么意思

这是不伦瑞克吧其实理论上万与4月15也是可以申请的这样的截至日期规定值是便于办理签证
