好像是收到siegen的录取通知书了，以下是邮件。什么意思呢？我该怎么回复？
Dear Ms XX,
We are pleased to inform you that the admission committee has preselected you for admission to the Master Program in Economic Policy at the University of Siegen for the winter semester 2011/12.
Kindly let us know as soon as possible if you will accept this admission. In case we do not hear from you by July 14, 2011 we assume that you will not take up your studies here at our university.
Please note that this admission is based on the preselection of the admission committee. Any legal claim to admission does not derive from this notification. Once you have mailed us your positive response the International Office of our university will confirm your admission by post after a final evaluation.
In order to ensure that the admission letter will reach you without delay, we ask you to give full and precise details of your mailing address in your email confirming your acceptance of the admission. Please note that your correct mailing address is absolutely essential since the admission letter is an official document which will only be sent once.
