关于TUM Indusrial Design

11年的申请截止时间是may31th。看官网上写了这样一段话：
Foreign students must provide evidence of their German language proficiency by means of one of the certificates listed below. [B]Certificates must be handed in on time along with the application papers [/B]. No certificates will be accepted after the application deadline.

We strongly recommend that you apply only if you feel confident of passing one of these exams on time. Please consider that it usually takes about 2-3 months after the actual examination until you recieve your certificate. Enrollment is not possible if the certificate was not handed in on time.
这样是不是意味着我在may 31th之前就要提供德福货DSH等德语语言证书？？学校不接受去了以后再考DSH的？？现在德福的话时间必然来不及么。LZ有800学时的德语，本想去了后上2~3个月语言再考试的。

TUM语言证书是一定要在5.31以前提交的。

讲句真实可性的话,tum注册日期是8月15日，
没有语言证书的系里也可能会给你发考试邀请
工业设计的申请流程有些不一样，8月15日前补齐是可以的

不过这是去年的情况，今年就不知道了
