收到疑似斯图commas口头zu的邮件

同申commas的童鞋，今天晚上有没有收到新邮件啊。。。  

部分内容如下：

Your application to COMMAS has received careful consideration. We are
impressed by your application and you have been recommended for
admission to the Admissions Office of the university.

Since this is largely a formality, it is expected that the
recommendation by COMMAS will fully coincide with the final outcome and
you can expect to receive the official communication of admission before
the end of the 3rd week of May 2010 along with further details.

我觉得疑似为非正式zu，要不就是再一次婉转的延长了zu宣布的时间。

有没有高人出来答疑解惑哈~
