Rental fees are somewhere between EUR 250 and 300 per month w/o linen service.

You have to pay your first rental fee for the month of September 2010 (or October resp.).

The Studentenwerk needs to have a deposit (EUR 300) and a downpayment towards the first rental fee in order to fix the contract.The transfer of EUR 600 to the account given below is considered as assignment for us to sign the contract in your name.

The amount of EUR 600 is higher than the actual liability. The difference will be paid in cash to you after arrival.

Allocation is based on the day of receipt of the money.

If you do not take up your room the downpayment is lost, the deposit part may be refunded.

意思是我只要汇款600欧就一定有学生宿舍吗？还是说不确定？liability指的是250-300之间的租金？

对于九个国际课程的学生来说，是基本上保证宿舍的，所以不用担心住的问题，除非你想在外面租房子。

哇，谢谢楼上啊！如果住外面会不会划算些呢？学生宿舍就随机分配然后混住了？

如果有什么志同道合的朋友住外面确实会有好处，也可能便宜，我觉得学校宿舍好的地方，上课比较近，除了网费基本都包含了，住外面价钱记得分清冷租还是暖租。不好的地方，有时会比较吵，比较脏。

宿舍都是单人的，只不过共用厨房，浴室和WC
