德国发来的email上写着需要如下形式的"copy":
Please let us have your B.Sc. degree and transcripts in the format required by TUM from Chinese applicants: white carton bound certified copies of the originals with red stamp and their corresponding English translation[/COLOR].
请问公证件后的得到的是这种形式的文件吗?
