Reason for Oversea Study:


I am planned to pursue my LL.M (master of laws) degree in Intellectual Property (IP) in Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), which is a project of four partners from two continents, i.e., Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law, University of Augsburg, Technische Universität München, and George Washington University Law School. Intellectual Property Law is a challenging and rewarding field in China, a country that is still developing a system to manage a high number of IP thefts. Possessing more than four years’ work experience in this field, especially one year’s internship in Intellectual Property Department of Siemens Ltd., China, as well as two years’ legal education, I am more and more convinced that it is very important to study abroad to narrow the existing gap between the IPers of China and those from advanced Western countries. This way, I decide to spend one year in MIPLC to go after my master degree. MIPLC is a fairyland for a student to study Intellectual Property Law due to abundant research resources and a distinguished faculty consisted of excellent professors and IP professionals from all over the world. I am confident that with highly ranked faculty along with my strong motivation and solid background in IP, I will accomplish excellence in my graduate study in MIPLC. After graduation, I will come back to China to work in a law firm or transnational company as a legal consultant. I give myself an orientation to take a role of a bridge linking the western legal affairs with Chinese ones.

德国签证事真多。。。
