How can I get my kaution back?

如何选择靠谱的德语培训机构

The Hausemeiter said the kaution would return to me if there is no problem about
the room after checking. I can only get the money back two weeks later.
When I leave Germany,the Bank account will be closed and I will be in China after returning the hause. How can I get the money back?
