problem of typing Chinese

Hi, I arrived in Germany safe and sound.

I have a problem of reading or typing Chinese here. I can read from the website, but I can't read all when I installed a Chinese program such as wannengwubi, I can't type at all. May I know how I can solve the problem? Thank you!
