【求助】达姆的网申（大四在读的到底选哪一项？）

本人大四在读，要到07年6月论文答辩拿到毕业证。准备申请达姆的英语Master。
达姆的网申里写：
Have you already completed your first undergraduate degree？里选哪个？
Yes。I have already completed my first undergraduate degree
No。 I have not yet completed my first undergraduate degree.
是不是选NO？
选了Yes就直接选达姆的专业了
如果选No，接下来它又问
In your case, the rules for admission depend on the acquired school-leaving-examination and the already completed number of years of study.
If you have already completed a German Studienkolleg you can be directly admitted to study. The assessment by the akademische Prestelle in Beijing (APS) is an absolute condition for application to a German university.

a. I have completed my school leaving examination after 12 school years, but have not attended a Studienkolleg.
b. I have completed my school leaving examination after 10 or 11 school years, but have not attended a Studienkolleg.

像我这种大四在读6月份毕业拿到学位的学生是不是选d？这个Studienkolleg
到底是啥？
这一页选完就进入选达姆的专业了。
PS达姆的国际英语授课是不是要求GRE？它的网站语言要求里没说GRE啊，不过我看到论坛里有人说要啊。

只有大学毕业和没有毕业，没有某个年级在读的选项

达姆的申请材料在国内公证处公证可以吗
网上说要到德国相关部门公证才行

I am a undergraduate, I have completed all the courses. Now I am doing my thesis and I will take the oral defense in June 2007, and after the oral defense, I will graduate and get the Bachelor Degree. I have passed the APS.
Now I plan to apply for the Master Degree (in English), Electrical Power Engineering ( 07/Winter).
First, in the on-line application, I see the choice
Have you already completed your first undergraduate degree？
Yes。I have already completed my first undergraduate degree
No。 I have not yet completed my first undergraduate degree.
Which one should I choose?
If I choose b above, then it shows

Then, I have another question. I apply for the It said After passing the DSH (Level DSH-2 required) examination, a German language proficiency test known in full as "Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang", students can begin with their chosen course.
When and where is the DSH held? After I am enrolled and arrive in German?

Dear Applicant,

application for a master program can only be processed when you
have finished your bachelor's degree. You should also take a new
APS certificate which confirms your bachelor degree. German
language certificates are not required for the EPE program because
it is taught in English and German language courses are offered
during the program.

Online application is possible until July 15, 2007.
