在线急等！大使馆的这份信什么意思！

大使馆给我来信了，如下
Dear Feng Wang

you can come to the General Consulate starting the 22.09.2004
- with this pick up message
- your identity card/-s and a copy/copies
and
- the visa receipt/-s

monday - thursday afternoon 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the visa department of the General Consulate to get your passport/-s.

If you can't come to get the passport/-s in person you can authorize somebody else to do it. This person should carry his own passport or identity card and the above-mentioned documents.

里面的 the visa receipt/-s  是指什么呢？我在上海大使馆交钱的收据，还是大使馆让我填信封，要寄给我的什么东东？急！！！

拿着信，你的身份证和复印件，还有签证费用收据。星期一到星期四下午1：00-1：30，去领签证。
你也可以让别人带领，但是要带领人的身份证和这封信，收据。
