Help! how to transfer money to Germany!

Sorry I can not type Chinese now!

I am in Germany now, and my sister want to transfer some money from China to me.

Because of the government regulations, my sister can not transfer Euro Cash she has directly from mainland China. She must go to HK.

My question is, can my sister transfer the cash from any Banks in Hongkong to my account number in Berlin?

从中国的银行直接就可以汇过来，不过你要先把你的cash转成外汇，花点手续费，但是总比你去趟香港便宜啦。如果真要从香港走，就香港德意志银行好了。
