Okay, let me try my best to afford the infos concerned.(sorry for typing in english since theis is no other alternative

)

Kaiser UNi is a very technical school even though it includes the economics dept. But you will see it is more or less like economics engineering. It is located in a small city compared with Muench, even with Stuttgart, peaceful and quiet. Seems not to be easy finding a job, however, I am told most of guys are able to manage it within Kaiser or out of this town.

Maybe you will care about the accomodation since it will dominate your cake of monthly living costs. The price usually vary from 140 to 210 Euro. If you are a lucky guy there is some kinda' department worth 110 per month. By my experiences, you will have a okay life 300~350 (I am a common person) . But maybe 400 it is better. Personally, it is my favorite since nothing will disturb you from study. Hope these staff are what you expect. I will get some time for very single question about the daily life.

Students addmitted: 3, 2001; 4, 2002; 6 or 7 2003. Such a number includes the students directly from China, transferred from other Unis, and ones who fininshed their Vordiploma in Kaiser. On the other hand, it counts all the specialization. There are five specailization in Math dept in Kaiser. Actually, 9 out of 10 choose Financial Maths.

Now come back to the main topic---Program. In advance, I have to say i like math. So there is no way avoiding such a fact that i am always at the good point of view at this program. I try to keep honest and fair about it. And one more thing I only talk about Financial Maths, not other four

Since I am also from other major(my background is engineering), I would like to say it will be very hard if you have a very different area. If you are from math or closely related, life will be at ease.

谢谢楼上的的,我还想问,我本科的时候在一个工科大学学的金融,数学课挺多的,觉得内容也够深(在金融里说),可我的数学实在是不怎么好,很不擅长,呵呵,

可不可以说一些你们的具体的课程,特别是数学课,内容有多深呢,看我能不能应付.谢谢

to jjzz, w.r.t the course we have, please refer to the link:

click the MSc/Diploma program and then go to FM you will the mandatory courses of this specialization. You must finish five around of them. Concerned with the exact choice, it is to be decided by whom you will follow to do your thesis. Of'coz, for the degree, you need three or four courses from other specializations. Now you could conpare these with what you learned before to find an answer. Need more detailed, do not hesitate to refer to me later.

To theseven: I was informed it is a rolling base of recruiting process, which means those who are very much qualified are going to get an offer earlier. I do not know more than this.
