请教猫哥和大家几个关于公证的问题

请教猫哥和大家几个关于公证的问题：

1 本轮申请都是英语项目，那么翻译语言用英语可以吗（好像都没有明确表示英or德）？还是最好用德语（比如方便一轮全拒，后面申德）？

2 好多都要求有本人签名，这种签名是什么情况？是电子签吗？需要公证吗？

3 有些学校给了明确的公证件要求，但是还是不太清楚（没办法添加图片了，我就直接粘贴了）

Certified copies of all higher education/university certificates and diplomas and all transcripts of recordsin the original language – as officially certified copiesand with officially certified translations where applicable. Only certificates in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Latin, Portuguese and Romanian do not have to be translated.

公证要求：
Certificate translations which are issued abroad can be authorized ... (choose one of the following options)

①by an officially sworn translator for this language; the translator's seal must include the following phrase: "Öffentlich bestellter und beeidigter Übersetzer“ ("Publicly appointed and sworn translator"); the translator's address must appear on the translation.
②in the German embassy / German consulate in the holder’s home couXXXy, including the following certification clause: "Gesehen in der Botschaft (im Konsulat) der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" or
③by a notary public, or
④in Germany, in the embassy or consulate of the holder’s home couXXXy,
⑤in Germany, by a sworn translator who checks the translations which were completed abroad and adds his or her own official stamp.
感觉自己只能从这个学校的翻译公证要求的1or2条去做，但是不懂具体该怎么操作TAT

这个给得我更加迷惑，我应该拿着什么（中文原件/学校自带英文件/英文翻译公证件）去大使馆进行公证呢？他的意思是我公证过后还要翻译？如果是英文翻译公证件是不是直接拿去大使馆公证即可，不用翻德语？

感觉都有要求去大使馆进行公证，在大使馆公证需要拿什么呢，又绕回之前的问题了，拿原件还是英语翻译件还是德语翻译件？而且大使馆官网说明了不提供翻译服务。

问题有点细碎有点多，希望大家可以帮帮忙啦，感激万分！

1，如果你申请的大学是确定的，且没要求德语，那么英文可以
2，签名就是真实签名，你要公证的话具体得问公证处的要求了
3，建议你做德文翻译公证，询问公证处即可，需要的话我们有合作的公证处常年做这些
4，使馆公证指的是双认证，即首先你需要把文件做德文翻译公证，然后带着公证件去德国使馆做使馆认证，但理论上如果要额外做双认证的话还有一个外交部认证要做，而外交部认证一般情况下只能委托机构去做，比如国旅可以代办

如果你只是正常申请德国大学的文件，比如中国学历文件，成绩单等，这些并不需要双认证
只需要做德文翻译公证即可
