求助各位办理过德国长期签证的朋友

我计划今年前往德国慕尼黑工大读博，我已经拿到了那边教授的邀请函（invitation letter）.并与8月18号递交了签证材料。但是一个星期之后签证处给我打电话让我补交录取通知书（admission letter）.但是经过我和慕尼黑工业大学研究生院取得联系。得到慕尼黑工大对于博士是不出具录取通知书的。以下是研究生院给我的回复。请朋友们过目。

Dear Dawen Xu,
Please note that the TUM Graduate School does not issue any admission letter, because you need to apply for registration to the doctoral candidacy list of the Department of Chemistry first. Only after your successful application for registration, you will be officially admitted to a doctorate at TUM. Further, the admission to a doctorate is the responsibility of the respective Department at TUM and not of the TUM Graduate School.
Usually, our Chinese candidates do not need an admission letter but the invitation letter from the respective professor is sufficient for visa application. Maybe you can also ask Prof. Kühn to change the wording of the invitation letter to admission letter.

对于这种情况，我应该怎么办呢，签证处找我要录取通知书，但是德国那边又是不出具录取通知书的。迫切希望得到广大朋友的帮助。
