这样的大学联系信可以吗？求问猫哥和各位小伙伴

抱歉昨天发了一个内容与此相近的贴，标题写错了，故再发一贴。望原谅我的小粗心。

给UNI KASSEL的联系信。

回复的第一封信是公共信息。
接着我问关于大学语言班的事，他给我回复的内容是：

you need 800 hours German and a B2 certificate to apply for a master program. Befor your start with the master program, you vistit the "Studienkolleg" and then you have to pass the DSH.

接着问我的成绩能否进KASSEL，他给我的回复是：
A conditional admission ("bedingte Zulassung") is an admission that is only valid if you meet certain additional requirements. They will be pointed out in the admission. You can get it by applying via uni-assist.de
We have no means of checking how good 80 is. This will be done by uni-assist. Hence, we are unable to answer this question.


1.请问这样的联系信可以吗。
2.听说签证的时候可以同时递交几个大学的联系信，像以上的学校没有表达清晰的录取意愿的联系信，多递交几个学校的联系信，会有效吗？
