申请曼大的材料问题

在材料列表中有一项是要大学分制的证明，这个难道是去跟大学教务处申请么？实在是不太明白，有没有大神指点一下！小女子先谢过了！以下是原文：
Applicants with a university degree from outside of Germany have to hand in information about
the grading system of their undergraduate degree. This information can be either included on the
transcript or has to be officially confirmed by the respective university. The following information is
required:
1. highest possible grade in the grading system,
2. the minimum passing grade for graduation,
3. the current GPA (if available).
