APS可以之后补交吗？

菜鸟弱弱的求问：申请德国国际课程的研究生，是必需要先拿到APS才能开始申请还是可以先申请拿con-offer然后再补交APS？
想申明年9月入学的硕士，现在才开始着手准备材料公证，大家说来得及吗==

来的及，暑假或者9月份寄出去，基本上年底就能审核了，而且现在开了上海审核部，速度快多了。学校有的可以接受后交APS，有的要需要先交
