未毕业申请 求助！！成绩单的情况

要求的材料里有这么一句话：
information on the grading scale indicating the minimum grade for passing the bachelor or equivalent degree as well as the maximun grade

这个东西怎么体现啊。。成绩单上只有分数和对应的绩点

另外，一些学校要求180学分，但是我现在大四下的成绩未出来，学分满不了180，但大四毕业后能满，是不是还要写一份额外的说明？
