猫哥，我1月份去递签，大学联系信是回复公共信息的那种，我准备了3份还是不行，这是最近一次和大学的联系信，请猫哥帮我看看递签么？

哦哦~原来这个就是联系信啊....但是我觉得你这个好奇怪啊，他又没说收你，只是说这里边的专业你随便选着申请，他只是让你申请啊，没说录不录取啊。。。

各位前辈们啊，我今天又给TU Berlin发了邮件，说我准备学完语言后申请他们2014年的冬季Master，不知道这样的联系信到底可不可以以啊。急死了
