以下是我们学校对于类似情况的处理方案，供你参考：

In exceptional cases, admission is possible via a first university degree in an area closely linked to economics or management, e.g. studies of law, economic sociology, industrial engineering and management, or organizational psychology. In this case, you have to present evidence of an above average grade point average in the relevant leadership essentials (management, quantitative methods, strategy, resources management and finance) covering at least 27 ECTS credits or evidence of relevant skills validated in an equivalency assessment performed by the Admissions Committee of Karlshochschule. You also have the possibility to attend modules of the Bachelor's programs to cover the 27 ECTS credits.

具体情况具体分析，因为不是很清楚你的具体情况，所以也没有办法给你一个很明确的回答。不过总体上，我个人不会建议一个本科读的语言学，而且又没有工作经验的人直接读商科的硕士。原因很简单，商科（管理学）说穿了，是门应用科学，纸上谈兵，意义不大。

转专业去德国不方便吧？

不过有些学校也会要，要看学校的，比较少学校就是了。。。

考GMAT申请MBA会比较方便，但是如果你没工作经验，读MBA也没啥意思。
