必须得走网申路线吗？

我想申Ulm的金融硕士，我知道要通过uni-assist申请，我很想不经过网申直接寄材料给uni-assist
学校的相关说明如下：
You can now apply for the next intake in the winter semester 2012/2013. Application deadline is April 30th, 2012.

Step by step:

•Check if you fulfill the admission requirements.•Apply online through the agency Uni-Assist. To do so, create an account by using the following link to your Online Application. Please follow our Hints for Uni-Assist, which guide you through the application. (General Information about Uni-Assist is available  here)
•Fill out the Online Application and submit any documents needed to Uni-Assist.•Important documents needed for the application:•Certificate of your Bachelor degree (or other degree qualifying you for the Master) including a transcript of records. If you have not yet completed the degree but expect it to complete before the program starts, it is also possible to apply with a preliminary transcript of records. You can get an admission based on the transcript of records, and hand in the final certificate later on.­           •Proof of English language knowledge (Not needed by applicants who have completed a Bachelor taught in English or whose mother tongue is English). As with the degree certificate, you can hand in the test results later. If you have no proof of English at the time of application, please write: “Will be supplied later” in the field “What proof of your English knowledge can you provide? Name of the English test*“
•­ A letter of motivation can be added. If you decide to do so, briefly describe (one page is enough) your motivation for studying for a Master in Finance.
•­ Other information (e.g. about work experience, or letters of reference) can be added but they are not required.•You do not need authenticated copies. Your documents will be checked in case you get admission and register.
•Upload / Send the documents exclusively to Uni-Assist. Do not send them to us or somebody else at the University of Ulm

Applicants with German citizenship only:

Exclusively(!) applicants with German citizenship may apply by sending the application including this form directly to us.
All other applicants have to follow the procedure outlined above.

我可以不网申直接寄材料给uni-assist吗？

网上只要在ua上填写基本资料，他就会生成一个pdf给你，很方便。然后再把材料寄给ua就行了。

当然可以不网申……但是，为什么不网申？

亲，我申请时候用的是旧版的，这个没填过，我也不敢乱讲，你还是问问今年申请的同学，看看大家怎么填的比较好，或者直接邮件和UA联系。
