查找哥廷根大学博士信息时，看到以下一条信息：

这是神马意思？是说想要申请去哥廷根读博，还要先在那里至少上两个学期的课？这两个学期算硕士还是算博士？国内硕士毕业的难道不能直接过去读博？
还有，哥廷根的博士有英语授课的吗？
