博士在德国找房的小tips

和中国高校指定安排宿舍的规矩不同，很多德国高校都规定学校宿舍原则上不给博士生。所以大家搞定入学后的第一件事恐怕就是找房子，以便到了德国食宿可以无缝衔接。这件事颇让舒克头大，麻烦了不少人，包括导师。现在将经验总结一下。（待续）
1. 信息来源
一般学校都有专门的找房门户网站。然后是当地的报纸广告页。以及其他私人机构的bullitin

2 房源
德国找房有些大类房间，一般用缩写表示。各位可以参考。

Here are some important abbreviations which are used in ads:

NK         Nebenkosten                         Additional costs (Heat, water, caretaker, garbage),                                 electricity costs are not included
ZKB                 Zimmer, Küche, Bad                 Room, kitchen and bath
WG                 Wohngemeinschaft                 Shared apartment
NR                 Nichtraucher                         Non-smoking
WM                 Warmmiete                         Heating costs are included in the rent
KM                Kaltmiete                        rent without any extra costs
EBK                Einbauküche                        kitchen
Wfl                Wohnfläche                        living area
DG                Dachgeschoss                top floor
Kt./Kaut.        Kaution                        deposit of 2 to 3 rents, is returned at the end of
rental term, if apartment is left in an immaculate state
TG                Tiefgarage                        underground parking
