急问猫哥，1月12号上海递签，四周后催签，杯具答复

You visa application is still being checked by the immigration office in Germany. We will probably receive their statment on March 16th. That means that you visa cannot be issued before or on this date. We will contact you as soon as a decision has been made.

我1月12号上海递签，定的2月28号机票，3月1号开学，在法兰克福，交换学习一个学期。
怎么他跟我说3月16号才可能拿到结果啊，那不就杯具了。
前天还联系过外管局，外管局说9天以内差不都就可以拿到了，为什么会这样……
3月16日也太晚了，离递签都有9周的时间了……

可怜的楼主。你就等外管局批准了之后就赶紧联系上海帮你做签证吧。外管局不是说9天么

不知道哎，为什么外管局跟领事馆的答复不一样呢？
