关于德国学校注册

本人公派到汉堡大学读博，最近导师的秘书让我注册。我看了下注册的网址，原文有一句“If you have been selected for admission to the university, you will be asked to open the letter of admission (Zulassungsbescheid) in your StiNE-account. ” 我现在只有导师的邀请函，没有学校的正式录取通知书，也没有注册StiNE-account的账号，因为导师说只有拿到硕士学位证后才能给学校的正式通知书。至于我的硕士学位证，7月20后才能拿到。我的问题是：
      1. 在学校注册是不是必须拿到正式入学通知书才能注册？那个StiNE-account的账号是自己注册还是随着通知书给？
      2. “You will need to hand in your confirmation of health insurance (Krankenversicherungsnachweis (website in German)) or your European health insurance card in order to complete enrolment.

your passport or identity card

a bank account (Bankkonto) ” 学校注册需要办保险，可是办保险又需要证明我在学校已经注册了？没看明白。
        3. 因为秘书说只有注册了才能有学号，可以用来申请学生宿舍。而学生宿舍申请的deadline很早，所以我很着急。上学校网站也没查到deadline到底早到什么时候。想问问大家知不知道德国的学生宿舍申请的截止日期通常是在什么时候？

楼主，现在简要回答你的问题：
1. 在德国读博士，要注册的话，必须出示所谓的Zulassungsbescheid，然后外加你的Krankenversicherung.
2. 在德国，博士一般不作为学生看待，而且一般是不能在Studentenwerk申请所谓学生公寓住的。
