Ich möchte Tofel -exam in Deutschland ablegen, wer weiss, wo , wann und wie ich das machen kann? Ich bin zur Zeit in Bochum.

You should register at the Toefl website with your credit card or send a mail including your register form to Holland to register. You can find more details at www.toefl.org
